This is an essence portrait. The process of creating these portraits is to capture the persons essence rather than a physical likeness.
I do this by interviewing my subjects ( I record the interview and create a play list of the music they love most. Then focusing on them, I create the work. It is an intuitive process based on my belief that we are all connected we only have to let go and trust what we recieve.
